The YoMotion Yoga Festival 2026 will soon take place in Erlangen, organized by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche’s long-time students Hilde Körner and Mario Schindler. Rinpoche has taught Lung Jong Pranayama at the festival on several occasions in recent years, but will not be able to attend in person this year as he is currently in Nepal.
Instead, Carmen and Mario—both experienced teachers authorized by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche in the Nam Chö Tsa Lung tradition and the LUNG JONG Pranayama practice developed by Rinpoche—will lead the yoga session.
Carmen will teach LUNG JONG Pranayama on Saturday, July 11, from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM:

The Nam Chö (nam chos, “Heavenly Dharma”) Tsa Lung Yoga exercises have been transmitted in an unbroken lineage from Tertön (treasure revealer) Tulku Mingyur Dorje (1645–1667) to Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche.
Tsa Lung exercises are a series of physical and mental practices that focus on working with the subtle channels (Tib. rtsa, Skt. nāḍi) and life energy (Tib. rlung, Skt. prāṇa). Tsa Lung is a form of Tibetan yoga aimed at harmonizing the body, breath, and mind to improve the flow of life energy and essences (Tib. thig le, Skt. bindu) within the body.
Tsa Lung exercises involve a combination of physical postures, breath control, and visualization techniques aimed at purifying and harmonizing the subtle energy channels. Visualization plays a crucial role in Tsa Lung.
The ultimate goal of Tsa Lung exercises is to release energy blockages, promote physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual development, ultimately leading to enlightenment.
The YoMotion Festival offers a unique opportunity to experience these profound and time-tested practices in a supportive and respectful environment created by Rinpoche’s long-time students. If you have the chance to attend the festival, you should definitely do so!
