The yoga of self-awareness as taught by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche includes exercises of the mind and body.
The 5 Gegsel exercises from the Nam Chö Tsa Lung cycle represent a method that allows you to use your breath, voice, movement and visualization in order to enable your energies and thus your thoughts and emotions to flow freely and naturally again.
In preparation, you practise the yoga of self-awareness. This is particularly helpful for the permeability of the joints and for stretching the muscles. The integration of what you have learned takes place through meditation and deep relaxation.
Mario Schindler has been a student of Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche for many years and has received his permission to pass on the Nam Chö Tsa Lung Gegsel exercises.
