Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche’s Pranayama is a complete yoga package you can use to start each day. By combining the movements with breathing, stretching and meditation, you will feel stress fall away and your body and mind relax.
After this yoga practice, you will not feel that stretching, joint movement, immune system activation or mindfulness have been neglected, because these four things are included in Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche’s pranayama. You can improve your flexibility with this yoga package, and you can do it regardless of your age or stretching ability.
Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche teaches these powerful practices from the Indian and Tibetan Nam Chö (nam chos, “sky dharma”) yoga traditions online once a month, and you are warmly invited to join in!
Carmen Jakob is a long-time student of Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche and offers a weekly pranayama tutorial in which she guides through the sequences developed by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche.
