This retreat serves as preparation for the Tummo Final Tigle Teschings Retreat, which will take place in October in Wasmuthhausen. Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche will give further essential instructions on the practice of Tsa Lung Tummo from the Nam Chö (Sky Dharma) tradition. He will also teach the next stages of visualisation in accordance with the participants’ level and answer their questions.

Nam Chö Tsa Lung Tummo, the yoga of inner fire and joyful bliss, can help us to open our channels and deepen our meditation and mindfulness training. It is a complete cycle of practice which, when practised and applied consistently, can lead us to enlightenment.

Prerequisites for participation:

Please be aware that the Tummo Empowerment as well as the Tummo Visualisation and the first Trulkhor are prerequisites for this retreat!

Contribution:

In order to appreciate the efforts of Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche and his tutors, as well as to compensate for the organizational effort of the Dolpo Tulku e.V., we ask for a contribution of a selfchosen amount. Our recommendation is 40 – 120 Euro. Thank you!
