Carmen Jakob has been practicing Indian Hatha Yoga in various traditions since her youth. Her search for an authentic practice led her to India in 2007, where she met Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche in 2008 at Namdroling Monastery in southern India.

Since 2013, she has been receiving the teachings of the Nam Chö Tsa Lung tradition from him. Since 2019, she has been practicing Tummo, the Tibetan yoga of inner (wisdom) heat, and also passes on this practice as a tutor. In 2021, she was authorized by him to teach the Nam Chö Tsa Lung Gegsel exercises as well as the LUNG JONG Pranayama he developed.

As a long-time student of Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, she offers weekly LUNG JONG Pranayama tutorials online as well as in person in Upper Bavaria.

Participation in this retreat is at your own risk. The organizer, Dolpo Tulku e.V., as well as the instructor shall accept no liability for any personal injury and damage to property, caused on the occasion of course participation. Intensive meditation retreats are often not suitable for people with a history of psychiatric illness. In case of doubt, we ask for consultation in advance.
