This LUNG JONG Pranayama Teacher Training is a comprehensive program rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, combining direct transmission, embodied practice, philosophical understanding, and the development of teaching skills.
The training unfolds over three parts and supports you in cultivating a stable personal practice as well as the skills and responsibility to transmit LUNG JONG (Tsa Lung) Pranayama to others.
LUNG JONG – Background & Depth
The practice combines exercises from the Tibetan Ratna Lingpa and Nam Chö Mingyur Dorje (nam chos “sky dharma”) and Dudjom Tersar Tsa Lung Tummo practice with elements of Indian Haṭha and Mysore Yoga.
LUNG JONG works simultaneously with the subtle energy body on three levels:
- on the external level, the channels (Tib. Tsa, Skt. nāḍi), through stretching and mobilizing the physical body
- on the inner level, the winds (Tib. lung, Skt. prāṇa) , where prāṇa supports vitality and the immune system
- on the secret level, the essences (Tib. thigle, Skt. bindu), where one rests in the nature of mind through meditation
In this way, body, breath, and mind are addressed as an integrated whole, reflecting the essential principles of Tummo practice.
