With Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche in Stockholm

This weekend in Stockholm, Rinpoche will teach us LUNG JONG Pranayama—a practice in which Tibetan Tsa-Lung, movement, and meditation come together in a quiet and direct exploration of the body, the breath, and presence.

The practice works on several levels simultaneously:

    • through the body and the subtle energy channels
    • through the breath and the inner life force
    • through meditation and resting in consciousness itself

It is a gentle and sincere way to allow ancient wisdom to meet modern life.
The teaching will be held in English and is open to both experienced practitioners and curious beginners.

Prerequisites for participation

No previous knowledge is required, everyone is welcome!
