Developed by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, LUNG JONG Pranayama is a comprehensive yoga program designed to help you start each day with renewed energy. By combining breath, movement, stretching, and mindfulness, stress is released and deep relaxation can unfold. This practice embraces all essential aspects: stretching, joint mobility, immune system activation, and mindfulness training. No matter your age or level of flexibility, you can gradually enhance both your well-being and your agility. In this In-Depth Workshop, Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche will guide you more deeply into the practice. You will have the opportunity to experience the full depth of these powerful exercises, rooted in Indian Hatha Yoga and the Tibetan Nam Chö (“Sky Dharma”) tradition, and to integrate them into your daily life.
