Beginner’s Workshop with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche
Discover how breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga, and meditation bring body and mind into harmony.
Developed by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, LUNG JONG Pranayama is a holistic yoga practice that helps you start each day with fresh energy. By combining breath, movement, stretching, and mindfulness, you can release stress and experience deep relaxation. This practice ensures that nothing is left out: stretching, joint mobility, immune system activation, and mindfulness are all included. No matter your age or level of flexibility, this program supports lasting well-being and agility.
The workshop is divided into two complementary sessions:
Session 1: 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, Introduction to the subtle energy body of chakras, prana, and bindus – the foundation of our yoga practice.
Session 2: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Practice of LUNG JONG Pranayama, blending elements of Indian Hatha Yoga with the Tibetan Nam Chö (“Sky Dharma”) tradition.
Prerequisites for participation
You are welcome to join either one or both sessions. Everyone is warmly invited!
