Breath, Energy and Meditation

In this half-day seminar, H.E. Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche will introduce LUNG JONG Pranayama, a practice he developed by integrating Tibetan Tummo traditions with elements of Indian Haṭha and Mysore Yoga.

LUNG JONG works with the subtle energy body on three levels: the energy channels (Tib. Tsa, Skt. Nāḍī), the vital winds (Tib. Lung, Skt. Prāṇa), and the subtle essences (Tib. Tigle, Skt. Bindu). In this way, body, breath, and mind are approached as an integrated whole.

Alongside the practical exercises, Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche will provide an introduction to the Vajra Body and explain the significance of the chakras, energy channels, prāṇa, and bindus from the perspective of the Tibetan yogic traditions.

The practice may help you to:

    • release pain and physical tension
    • reduce stress and cultivate inner calm
    • open the heart
    • increase vitality and support the immune system
    • improve flexibility and mental resilience

The seminar is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners and offers a valuable opportunity to explore the connection between movement, breathing, and meditation under the direct guidance of Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche.

Anyone who wishes to do so is cordially invited to join Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche for dinner afterward at the Indian restaurant Taj Palace.
