Sadhana from Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche

Let us continue our teachings on “Buddhism for Daily Life”. In the coming months we will focus again on “The Treasury of Blessings” from Mipham Rinpoche in the version -presented to us- by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche.
The teachings are “bilingual”: in German as well as English, together in one session.
We will explore this together. During the sessions we will read (parts of) the text and study background, meaning and some details. Also, we will meditate and recite.
What is a sadhana? How does it relate to meditation? What are the essentials and characteristics of a sadhana in general? And what is so special in “the Treasury of Blessings”? How does it relate to our daily life?
These teachings are available for everyone interested: beginner or advanced, Buddhist or non-Buddhist. You can follow a single session or the whole series. Every hour is an opportunity.
