Lecture in Kirchheim with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche
In everyday life, we regularly experience stressful emotions such as fear, doubt, anger, competitiveness, or jealousy. These feelings diminish our well-being and lead to inner suffering in the long term.
To cope with this, many people resort to various methods: psychotherapy, meditation, music, wellness, or massages. However, such approaches often require time and specific conditions—and usually offer only short-term relief. They often merely distract the mind without really changing the underlying patterns.
In his lecture, Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche shows that lasting change only comes about when we learn to see difficult situations as exercises. By developing strategies that can be applied directly in everyday life, we can transform negative emotional states in a targeted manner—in the midst of the action, not just in retreat.
